Shipping and Return Policy for Web Ordering
We personally inspect our products to ensure the highest quality, but if for some reason you need to return any item all returns must be done within 30 days of receiving. All returns must be pre-approved. To receive a return authorization number, contact our customer service department at 800-530-5827 or bgregory@ghfllc.com. Items returned for quality issues will be replaced at our cost. For all other issues, returned items will be credited toward a future purchase in our webstore.

*The Packages are shipped via UPS, according to standard timelines. Rates include shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation only within the continental USA. Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. are not included. Regular shipping fees apply to these areas. We do not offer international shipping.
